On each hire event we endeavour to provide adequate due diligence in terms of suitability of our equipment to carry out its function satisfactorily.  In the event of component failure we  will endeavour to rectify the equipment during the event and must be given the opportunity to do so.  We cannot be held responsible in any way for any financial loss incurred by any parties due to failure of any of the equipment we have hired to the user due to circumstances beyond our control.  It is the promoters responsibility to insure against any financial loss incurred.
